This project is for a 3000 sqft family house just outside Kilrea.
From the approach the house is designed to appear like a single storey dwelling. The countours of the site are very steep and therefore a second storey can be accommodated on a lower level.
On the entrance level is located all the living accommodation with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This open plan space opens out onto a first floor south facing terrace, enjoying the surrounding views of the countryside.
On the ground floor are located all the bedrooms which open out onto the lower garden area.
