The Sto through render system has now been completed and the Western Red Cedar pannelling is being finished off externally. The highly efficient Aluminium/Timber composite windows are also now fully installed complemented by the slimline slate cills.

All being well the project should be completed by Christmas.

The foundations and sub-floor have been poured and the blockwork and cavitywalls have reached cill height. A change to a full fill insulation product has increased the U-value of the walls with a thicker 215mm inner block added to give the feeling of depth to the walls.

Our design was up against robust competition entries from Northern Ireland, England and Scotland.

Our design was choosen as the winning entry as the school felt it best addressed the brief and provided an exciting and creative vision for  the future of the school.
